Run your software release: notify contributors, test the build, fix and patch
A release bot messages every contributor with their PRs, kicks off and watches the build and sends a swarm of test agents through it. Issues go to an engineer bot that starts a Cursor Project to triage and fix them (self-reported). A person approves each release and any cherry-pick.

When I say release [VERSION], message each contributor in Slack with links to their merged PRs in this release. Start the build, watch it, and run automated click-through tests on it. For each high-priority issue, open a fix with [CODING AGENT] and post the link in #releases. Ask me before cherry-picking any fix into the release branch or cutting a patch release.
Replace [BRACKETS] with your details. {{double braces}} are fields your automation tool fills in.
