Sponsor Terms

These terms apply when you buy a sponsorship on AI Business Use Cases (businessusecases.ai) from Edge Virtual Assistants LLC d/b/a Edge Operations Managers, 8520 Allison Pointe Blvd Ste 223, PMB #732690, Indianapolis, IN 46250-4299 ("we"). By completing payment you agree to them.

1. What you buy

One sponsorship week: 7 consecutive days as the Site's only sponsor. Placements: the featured card on the home page, in-feed cards in listing grids, the card on section and use-case pages, the sponsor bar on every page, and a "Sponsored by" mention in the newsletter while it is sending. All placements are labeled "Sponsor" or "Sponsored", and links carry rel="sponsored".

2. Price and payment

The price shown on the Sponsor page at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is taken in full in advance through Stripe. The price for later weeks rises as weeks are sold. Your price is locked when you pay.

3. Scheduling

Your week starts on the next open week shown at purchase, or a later week we agree on. If a week is already taken, your booking joins the queue for the next open week. We'll confirm your start date by email.

4. Your materials

After payment, send your company name, logo (PNG or SVG), a pitch of up to 40 characters, and your link through the form on the confirmation page or by email. If materials aren't received at least 2 days before your week starts, we may move your week to the next open week.

5. Content rules and right to refuse

We may reject or remove any sponsor or creative that is unlawful, misleading, adult, gambling, crypto-token promotion, malware or phishing, or harmful to our readers. If we reject a sponsorship before it runs, you get a full refund.

6. Cancellation and refunds

  • Before your week starts: cancel any time for a full refund. Email us.
  • After your week starts: no refunds.
  • If the Site is unavailable for more than 24 hours in total during your week, we'll add the missing time at the end of your week or in a later open week.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.

7. No performance guarantee

We don't guarantee any number of views, clicks, subscribers or sales. Any figures we show are past measurements, not promises. We recommend using your own tracked link or discount code. Clicks from the Site carry UTM tags (utm_source=businessusecases).

8. Reporting

After your week we may send you a summary of the placement's measured clicks and views. Any figures will be real measurements only.

9. Liability

Our total liability for any sponsorship is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
