Keep a backup of your business files and restore a broken machine by text message
A founder's Hermes Agent on his own VPS had been quietly backing up his business files. When his Mac came back from a failure, one message restored everything, and another message got the agent to repair a remote connection (self-reported). A standard backup service is the simpler base; the agent adds restore on request from a phone.
